The service at Ramen was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. Although we ordered from their menu online, they initially sent us a child-sized portion by mistake. Good staff is hard to find. but ramen midleton hit the jackpot. to and far, the most pleasant personal I encounter in a long time. big cries after jess for her love to detail. 10/10 for customer service
I used to love this restaurant, but I have noticed a decline in customer service recently. We were turned away twice when we wanted to dine in because they claimed they didn't have time to clean tables. However, they had no problem taking our order for takeout. Additionally, they have stopped taking orders for food before 8 pm, citing supply shortages as the reason. When we visited at that time, the kitchen was busy and there were countless orders, so we had to wait a long time for our takeout. It seems like they may be using the supply shortages as an excuse to not offer cheaper food on weekends. The restaurant also did not honor their deals on Halloween and Black Friday. Overall, the food is still good, but there has been a noticeable decrease in quality. My Pad Thai was overly salty recently, making it difficult to eat. I hope they improve in the future, but for now, I will be dining elsewhere.

Eating is very nice, but it is difficult to order from them. they can not order thru o. ver the phone, and if they try to order online, there are long delivery times for collection and delivery. today I tried online at approx. 5.30 to order, and the earliest collection time was 6.40 I did not go too far, so went in, and ordered my food for the more ripped out and it was ready in 20mins, does not add. deffo pushing business away with inaccurate lead times in the web, and not in the position to ring them is also a big negatiw. 3 stars only, because eating is great. The food can be absolutely amazing at times and then you order the same thing the next time and it can lack flavour. A decent place overall.
The food was great but I cannot recommend eating in, certainly not before 7pm. The kitchen staff are so busy cooking for takeaway orders that the in-restaurant service is really lacking. Just order take out and eat somewhere nicer.
The best Asian food we had on our tour through Ireland. Chicken tikka masala and ramen chow mein were both freshly prepared, delicious and the portions were huge. High quality food for a very reasonable price (28 Euros for two meals) and as a little extra treat you get a cone and help yourself with some free soft icecream afterwards. Highly recommended.
Fast casual spot offering a mixed bag of options tucked away off the Main Street of the town. Recommend parking in the Distillery Lane car park behind the establishment. But you can also get there if parked on Main Street. The food was fair, and the portions were HUGE. With every meal order you also get a cone for soft serve vanilla ice cream which you get yourself from a machine. They do have a kids menu. We found that one kids meal could have just about fed all three of us. The prices were a bit high, but given the portion sizes they make sense. The curry was ok but a bit watery. Flavor was good though. They do offer some adult beverages, but just a few. Tiger beer on draught. After ordering apple juice online for my kids, I was informed that only orange juice was available. Since my kids don’t like orange juice, I tried to order a soft drink instead, but was told I would have to pay for both the soft drink and the unavailable apple juice. Faced with this, I decided to cancel and look elsewhere.
This restaurant took far too long to serve us, and when we inquired about our order, they kept telling us to come back repeatedly. While ordering, we witnessed a woman use her hands to pick up a noodle and place it into a delivery box, which was shocking and unacceptable. We are hungry and very disappointed—do not eat here.
As regular customers, we have always loved Ramen. However, tonight, after ordering online for takeout, we had to wait an additional half hour in the restaurant. When we got home, one rice was missing. The curries tasted watered down and were nowhere near their usual delicious standard. Very disappointed. Hopefully, this was just a one-time issue.
Ramen has really declined. Ordered tonight and was extremely disappointed by the watery curry. The staff were rude and curt, which is a real shame because it used to be a favorite spot for all my friends and family. You also can’t place orders by phone anymore, showing a complete disregard for customer service and respect towards paying customers.
The food is always great—I really love the ramen. However, the restaurant itself is quite grimy. The dust on the lighting fixtures and wooden decor is unpleasant. Next time, I suggest paying attention to the ceiling area because it’s filthy, and noticing that can completely put you off the entire experience.
