Ramen - Feedback

Was Anonym at Ramen a mag?
The service at Ramen was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. Although we ordered from their menu online, they initially sent us a child-sized portion by mistake. When we pointed it out, they promptly apologized, replaced it with the full-sized version, and allowed us to keep both! Ramen truly turned an error into an excellent customer service experience. What Anonym dislikes about Ramen:
If you want to eat in the noisiest restaurant in Middleton try this one. Music' blaring, ice cream machine sounding like an old tractor, chefs banging and clattering in an area acting like an echo chamber, indigestion to follow. View all feedback.

It used to be my favourite place to eat once. I don't know if there's been a change in ownership, but the customer service there now is terrible. We were dismissed twice already when we wished to eat inside given the excuse that they had no time to clean tables. Really? At the same time, they would have no problem taking our order for a takaway. It's been really disappointing lately with Ramen. What's even more interesting they started to not take before orders excusing themselves they have supply shortages. When we visited at that time the kitchen was working like crazy and they had an enormous number of orders, so many that we had to wait another hour for a takaway. It didn't really look like they had any supply shortages... If anything they used this as an excuse to not give away cheaper food on the weekends. The deal was also unavailable on Halloween and Black Friday. Coincidence? All in all, food is still good, but there is a visible change in quality, unfortunately. Recently I got my Pad Thai swimming in soy sauce, so salty it was hard to swallow. I honestly hope you will get better, as for now, I decided to eat at a different restaurant.
Had a lovely time with my daughter. Food was delicious and the lovely lady behind the counter handed me a gift voucher because they where doing a random acts of kindness day that day at the restaurant. Highly recommended.
I love this place so much, good service, really nice staff and the wait time isn't that long most of the time! The decor is nice aswell and the food is really good
Ramen in Middleton is very busy nowadays. We came there in late afternoon and we have been told to wait for food for more than because they were busy with the online orders. I was disappointed by this information but then we waited just for minutes. Food was good but bit too spicy for my wife and my child. Overall experience was good.

Despite enjoying the food at this ramen restaurant, many customers have been discouraged by consistently poor service and cleanliness. Issues such as long waits for food, mix-ups in orders, overcharging, and a lack of customer service have been reported. While some appreciate the comfort of the food, the overall experience has been marred by the lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. However, some visitors have praised the quality of Asian dishes offered and the reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the inconsistency in service has led many to seek alternative dining options.

The food can be absolutely amazing at times and then you order the same thing the next time and it can lack flavour. A decent place overall.
The food was great but I cannot recommend eating in, certainly not before 7pm. The kitchen staff are so busy cooking for takeaway orders that the in-restaurant service is really lacking. Just order take out and eat somewhere nicer.
The best Asian food we had on our tour through Ireland. Chicken tikka masala and ramen chow mein were both freshly prepared, delicious and the portions were huge. High quality food for a very reasonable price (28 Euros for two meals) and as a little extra treat you get a cone and help yourself with some free soft icecream afterwards. Highly recommended.
Fast casual spot offering a mixed bag of options tucked away off the Main Street of the town. Recommend parking in the Distillery Lane car park behind the establishment. But you can also get there if parked on Main Street. The food was fair, and the portions were HUGE. With every meal order you also get a cone for soft serve vanilla ice cream which you get yourself from a machine. They do have a kids menu. We found that one kids meal could have just about fed all three of us. The prices were a bit high, but given the portion sizes they make sense. The curry was ok but a bit watery. Flavor was good though. They do offer some adult beverages, but just a few. Tiger beer on draught. (Translated by Google) Quick informal place offering a variety of options hidden in the main street of the city. It is recommended to park in the parking Distillery Lane, behind the establishment. Prices were a bit high, but given the size of the portions make sense. The curry was fine but a little watered. However, the taste was good. They offer some drinks for adults, but only a few. Bark tiger beer.

After ordering apple juice online for my kids, I was informed that only orange juice was available. Since my kids don’t like orange juice, I tried to order a soft drink instead, but was told I would have to pay for both the soft drink and the unavailable apple juice. Faced with this, I decided to cancel and look elsewhere.
This restaurant took far too long to serve us, and when we inquired about our order, they kept telling us to come back repeatedly. While ordering, we witnessed a woman use her hands to pick up a noodle and place it into a delivery box, which was shocking and unacceptable. We are hungry and very disappointed—do not eat here.
I have visited this restaurant several times, but each time I was not allowed to sit down even though it was completely empty. It’s frustrating and disappointing that we were told only takeout was available, yet then informed it would take an hour to be ready—and still weren’t allowed to sit. This doesn’t make sense when there are plenty of empty tables. This has happened to me three times before, and today, on my fourth visit, I’m giving up on coming here. My friends have also decided not to eat here anymore. It’s very disappointing to be turned away every time we try to dine in.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. We arrived at Ramen at 7:50 PM and waited to be seated, only to be told at 8:00 PM that they had stopped serving and we couldn’t sit down. I calmly explained that we had already been waiting for 10 minutes. The wait was because a young lady had mixed up another customer's order. Then a young man told me they couldn’t seat us because they had no glasses — strange, right? Needless to say, we left and will never return. We used to love going to Ramen, but it’s really gone downhill. They must be making enough money to turn customers away.
They frequently mix up orders or forget items. The last time I visited, they overcharged me, and when I pointed it out, they promised a refund but ended up charging me again. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong once more. I won’t be returning!
