The food is very tasty, but they ALWAYS get something wrong in the order. For instance, today I ordered beef yaki soba with no eggs, I received “plain” yaki soba, no beef but with eggs. And I ordered takeaway, so I only realised when I got home, which was very disappointing.
Good food, good price, great portion size
15-06-25 Seems that they have sorted out the slow service issue they had in the past. We all enjoyed it today, thank you! The ice cream challenge is always fun and the 6 b4 6 is usually a decent item.
Great service really helpful staff
I’ve been here a few times now, and it’s always been a good experience. The interior is really nice, and the food is delicious, though I’ve noticed the portion sizes can vary. Our food arrived quickly, within about five minutes of ordering as it was very quiet when we visited. I’m taking off a star because there’s one staff member at the counter who doesn’t seem too thrilled to be there and makes it obvious. However, we were fortunate to have a much friendlier and more polite staff member yesterday, which was a welcome change.
