We enjoy dining at Donatello's Pizzeria, but they should consider updating the chips on their menu, as they don’t meet expectations and take away from the overall experience. We usually choose to skip them.

I stopped by Donatello's Pizzeria for a quick bite after the Jameson Tour and some walking around Midleton. I wanted to let the whiskey settle a bit. The place was cozy and clearly popular with the locals. Their menu offered a great variety that made the visit even better.
I went to Donatello's Pizzeria to order a 22-inch pizza, but the girl at the counter was quite rude. Fortunately, a young man working there helped me feel more comfortable and took my order. I think the counter staff could definitely improve their manners. I've heard many friends also complain about the unfriendly service, which seems to be a major issue for this place. Additionally, the wait time for the pizza was very long. Personally, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this pizzeria. There are plenty of other options in Midleton.
I placed an online order for a Meat Feast baguette and a 12-inch pepperoni pizza, entered my credit card details, and confirmed payment. A few seconds later, the page timed out. When I checked my bank account, €20.79 had been deducted, but I never received a confirmation email. Assuming everything was fine, I waited, but after an hour with no food, I called the restaurant. They said they never received my order, couldn't verify my payment, and had no way to help. They told me I'd have to wait several days for a refund. This whole experience was a complete nightmare—I’ll never order from Donatello’s again!

Good food, good service, it's not absolutely perfect but it's consistently good
Last day I tried chicken deluxe pizza.. Very Delicious..
The cookies are delicious, the garlic bread is excellent, and Ava provides outstanding customer service. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
They organised a party order for an event I was hosting, they delivered it still piping hot, fantastic service and good prices for the quality of the food. Everyone loved it!
