T... read more I visited the London location this morning with my children and what a fantastic place! The food was tasty, the staff was excellent, and the prices were fair. The homemade strawberry jam was amazing, I had to purchase a jar to take home!

However, after waiting for 30 minutes with no sight of our wai... read more The experience began well with prompt delivery of coffee and water, and our orders taken quickly. However, after waiting for 30 minutes with no sight of our waitress, food, or a coffee refill, I had to inquire with another server. Our food finally arrived within 5 minutes, along with our waitress who promptly fixed the bacon for a little crispiness. The hashbrowns were delicious. This was the slowest and most disappointing service we have experienced in our several visits here. We will think twice before returning.
