What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
A simple order about the drive thru and they have it wrong. No problem. Mistake. I had a problem here. I made the gentleman in the window aware that I did not want the additional thing (which I was accused) to offer a refund. He took the article and went away. Tried to go inside and doors were locked at 7:15pm on a Saturday. Drive thru wasn't moving at all. Left and went to McDonald's. 1 star because last time I went the girl couldn't figure out how to ring up a spicy chicken sandwich so she gave me a baconchicken instead.
Drove through and ordered a Dave's double meal. Person said they couldn't find that button. Also ordered a cheeseburger happy meal. I was given a pretzel chicken sandwich and a hamburger happy meal. Had to go back inside because the drive through linetook about 20 minutes. Sandwich tasted like they put tarter sauce on it.
This is the WORST Wendy?s I have ever been to. It took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us? then it literally took 3 people to make 2 sandwiches. Then after waiting 15 minutes they told me they were out of pretzel buns. Well, you didn?t know thatbefore 15 minutes?? Several people left after not getting help. Pretty sad when 6 people are working. When walking out, theystarting shouting all the items they were out of. Why not just close the freaking doors. I felt even worse for the 6+ carswaiting in the drive thru.
This location had no Coca-Cola. When I asked for it, the employee stated we have none. No apology or explanation. It seems like a basic product that any fast food restaurant would have, even if they have to buy some at a local store.
Very long wait in the drive- thru. Didn't have the regular chicken nuggets for my kids, only had spicy. Had a bad experience before but wanted to give them another shot. Not going back.
