What Deborah Diamond doesn't like about Kfc:
There is a lack of consistency in the chicken breast meals I order. Was there the other day. Again the white chicken meat was too tough and the coating, extra crispy, was not on the chicken breast but had fallen off and was not crispy at all! A cookingproblem? Someone needs to supervise the cook! Also, some autistic adult was turning the lights off and on and laughed about it!!Anyone in charge at Middletown KFC? View all feedback. I went today (5/31/23) at 5:15 I just have to say that the girl at the counter was so beautiful and friendly! And very helpful. At a time when companies have difficulty getting help, your Middletown RI location is so happy to have them! She was a perfect representative for your company.
