I went there the other day and again found that the white chicken meat was too tough, and the extra crispy coating had fallen off, making it not crispy at all! Is there a cooking issue? Someone really needs to oversee the cooking process! Additionally, there was an autistic adult who was turning the lights off and on and found it amusing. Is there anyone in charge at the Middletown KFC?

Honestly, what’... read more Are there any fast food places in Newport that actually care about their customers? I was really let down by the cold chicken sandwiches at KFC. Honestly, what’s happening? You have no real competition, yet you still can’t get it right! I was charged over $15 for a meal that should have only cost around $3. The coleslaw had no expiration or preparation date and tasted stale. If I get sick, I’m seriously thinking about taking legal action against KFC. I definitely won’t be coming back.
