I always enjo... read more Right on the main street in Middleton you will find this location. It's clean, inviting, has great soup and subs, and lots of parking in the back. I always enjoy my trips to Subway in Middleton!

Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced (the other people that were there with me will agree). From the scowl on their faces because so many of us showed up, the fact that they were very quick to point...out that they were due to close in HOURS closing early for a Staff Party made us feel like we inconvenienced them (a lot of people must take HOURS to eat their meal at Subway), the fact that we were told they WOULD NOT open up a section of tables that had been sectioned off as they were not cleaned and they were due to close in HOURS even though that left us with not enough seating didn't matter to them (no option for us to choose if we wanted to sit at the uncleaned tables or give them a few extra minutes to give them a wipe), the fact that they would not accept a coupon for a wrap combo (instead of the combo) which every other Subway will do, the fact that I had to stand there and wait to pay for my sub while the next people in line had their subs made even though mine was ready and getting cold at the time, etc. We were a large group of parents and children in town for a sports event. I am sure we will be in the town again for more sports events but you can be sure we will not visit this Subway location again.

The bathro... read more We popped into this Subway on the way to a picnic lunch at the shore. The restaurant was extremely clean, fresh and as modern as the ones in Ontario. The bathroom was also maintained and clean. GREAT service and the sandwich was delicious!

A young customer with autism was ignored when trying to order, and we had to wait for the staff to stop talking before we were served. The staff's attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional. The food was not prepared properly and had finger holes in the roll. I would not have purchased anything if I did not have a child with me.
