They have an extensive menu of coffees, lattes, tea, etc as well as a light menu of wraps, paninis etc. I grabbed a large Chai Latte (yum!) and a sesame bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was toasted lightly, was chewy and delicious. The best bagel I have had in ages. Will be back!

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. However, it's unfortunate that it takes a long time to place an order and even longer to receive the food. I have ordered take-out five or six times and have never received my order in under 15 minutes. So, be prepared to wait, but the food is worth it when it finally arrives!

There is also an excellent menu offering light lunch selections (sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads etc.). They have great location near Scotiabank with plenty of parking nearby.
