However, the staff at the... read more I stopped by for a quick and affordable meal, placed my order at the kiosk, and noticed that my order was the only one on the screen. However, the staff at the front seemed preoccupied with fulfilling delivery orders, which appeared to be a slow and tedious process. To add to the frustration, a loud delivery driver barged in and demanded his order be prepared immediately, even though he had just arrived. It wasn't until a manager intervened and pointed out the long wait time for my order that the staff realized their mistake. They quickly threw together my order, which had been sitting on the shelf for a while, and handed it to me. The staff should prioritize efficiently managing their resources to prevent neglecting in-store customers for delivery orders. Additionally, they need to address pushy delivery drivers and encourage them to wait their turn, instead of rewarding aggressive behavior with faster service.

However, when I got back to Whitby and opened the box, I found only 9 pieces of chicken and 2 fries. The food was dry and seemed like it had been sitting there for days. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience, and I felt like they had ripped us off. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I could of... read more I seen a boy with curly really light brown hair kinda long on the top. Mullet. blue eyes. About 5’8-5’10.Play around and be disgusting with the food. I could of sworn I seen him spit in the gravy. All in all very terrible experience. I didn’t want to eat my food after seeing that boy. But despite that awful experience my food was okay, a bit cold.

We recently realised that you can order in advance on the app and it worked really well for us. As you get close to KFC you can check in on the app, so they get your order ready and when we arrived our food was ready and waiting for us. Our food was hot and tasty, we like the zinger burgers and wings. I tried the spicy rice for a change (a new side option and it was nice, not great, but a very filling option as a side. KFC chips are always very bland now, so definitely remember to pick up some salt and peppers sachets to season. Staff were friendly what little interaction we had with them! We would definitely do this again, if ever in the area.
