I ordered a boneless banquet, 2 large popcorn chickens, and a stuffing stacker, but instead of the stuffing stacker, I received a single chicken burger. It was supposed to be a double, but they got my order wrong. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

This is my second time here and the experience was just as disappointing as before.

The service was terrible even... read more I visited this takeaway food place on a Friday with my grandchildren and I have to say it was the worst experience I've ever had. The service was terrible even though the restaurant was empty. I had to ask for coffee because it was sitting out and getting cold, and I am still waiting for sugar. The kids' drinks were never served and we had to ask for them. Our food was missing items and we did not feel like we were getting value for our money. In times of crisis, KFC needs to improve their service, train their staff better, and provide better value for the money. I will not be returning.

However, the staff at the front seemed preoccupied with fulfilling delivery orders, which appeared to be a slow and tedious process. To add to the frustration, a loud delivery driver barged in and demanded his order be prepared immediately, even though he had just arrived. It wasn't until a manager intervened and pointed out the long wait time for my order that the staff realized their mistake. They quickly threw together my order, which had been sitting on the shelf for a while, and handed it to me. The staff should prioritize efficiently managing their resources to prevent neglecting in-store customers for delivery orders. Additionally, they need to address pushy delivery drivers and encourage them to wait their turn, instead of rewarding aggressive behavior with faster service.

However, when I got back to Whitby and opened the box, I found only 9 pieces of chicken and 2 fries. The food was dry and seemed like it had been sitting there for days. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience, and I felt like they had ripped us off. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
