The Diablo sandwich is extremely spicy yet packed with flavor. I thought about ordering the Diablo fries, but I wasn't very hungry.
I visited the restaurant around 1 PM today and ordered sliders for my wife, along with classic roasted beef and curly fries for myself. To our surprise, our order was ready before we even had a chance to get our drinks. The floor was covered in spilled ketchup, and there were no dispensers available. We only found one clean table to sit at. As I started eating, I noticed that my meat was undercooked and my bun was cold. My wife's bun was tough, making it difficult for her to enjoy her meal. We won't be coming back until some improvements are made.
I ordered a cold chicken sandwich and some mozzarella sticks that tasted like they were frozen from Walmart. The only positive aspect was the strawberry lemonade. The total came to $25, which I find utterly outrageous!
When we paid, the staff directed us to drive to the trash can area even though there was no one else in line or inside the restaurant. After finally getting our order and driving over 30 minutes home, we realized they had forgotten one of the Beef ’n Cheddars. This has happened multiple times before, and I don’t understand why my mom keeps returning. It makes no sense to provide two meals but leave out the main item. To make things worse, the cheese sticks were way too salty and almost inedible, and the sweet teas tasted like unsweetened coffee. Now we’re all feeling sick, showing symptoms similar to food poisoning. It’s shocking how the staff could mess up such a simple order when there were no other customers around. If they don’t fix these problems and improve their service, they’ll likely lose even more customers. Considering how much we spent, we could’ve chosen a much better place, like Old Town or a nearby Chinese restaurant. To the staff member who took our order: maybe try actually listening instead of making us repeat everything. I definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.
I was really disappointed with this Arby’s location. They didn’t pack my order correctly. I paid $30, and when I got home, my main meal was missing from the bag. There were only fries and some condiments, but no straws or sandwiches. It’s frustrating to experience such expensive mistakes with an order. Nice job, Arby’s.
