Description
The dining experience at this restaurant appears to be a tale of two narratives. While some patrons praise the food and service during busier times, others report a concerning decline in quality and professionalism. Complaints arise about long wait times, poor food preparation, and messy conditions. Diners have expressed dissatisfaction with both the taste and freshness of the meals, with several citing incidents of food poisoning. Service has become inconsistent, with instances of staff appearing indifferent to customer needs. Overall, this establishment seems to be struggling, leaving customers questioning its viability and future.

Feedback
The food was delicious, but the service was a bit slow, which is why I am rating it less than 5 stars.
I visited this restaurant for lunch and it was quite busy with only three people. The food and service were exceptional. I will definitely be returning. The parking area is limited.
Came around 4:15 on Sunday. Waited a few minutes to order even though they weren't busy at all. Wanted to order a shake but no shakes. No large drink cups. Ordered chicken strip meal and fries. Wife ordered a burger. The chicken was literally cold, and the fries were lukewarm. No napkins in the bag. I'm a transplant patient so if I get sick off of this order I'll be letting the health inspector know exactly where I got my food from.
No. I was asked to wait a moment, which is perfectly reasonable, waited 10 minutes. There wasn't any customers. I finally got to order. A simple bacon cheese fry. I kept saying thank you, and sir. The guy said nothing and acted like I was a burden on his day. I open the bag and it was sloppy spilt inside of it. No napkins or utensils. It was the first and last time I go there. How they are still open or the two people still employed there is beyond me. I'm even suspicious at the fact the gentleman knew what he was handing me. He just didn't care.
