Papa John's Pizza - Middleburg

The pizza was old and hard and we gave them another chance after 8 months but it was still bad ?????????? old lady was rude too smh ????

I made a simple order to Papa John's around 6:50pm online by computer. I selected Delivery and was told the approx. time that it would be delivered to my house where my family was hungry and waiting on it to arrive. Never got a Notification that is wasready or being delivered. So I made a quick call up to the location that I ordered from and a woman answered the phone to tellme that it was carryout not delivery. That it was my mistake on my end that it was carryout instead. For it to be delivered tome, they charged me $4.00 for the delivery fee. My food didn't arrive until 8 8:15PM, half my food was cold and the other halfwas hot like it was suppose to be. My future ordering, it will not be with Papa John's anymore.

In my last three or four orders, they haven't been able to get my order right. I'm frustrated with the lack of accuracy. Good luck trying to get the correct pizza!

Typically, we enjoy Papa John's, but our experience last night was disappointing. We were given a wait estimate of 35-45 minutes, which was reasonable. However, we didn't receive our pizza until an hour and 20 minutes after placing the order, which seemed excessive. When it finally arrived, the pizza was barely warm. I'm not sure if this was due to outsourcing to DoorDash or another issue, but it certainly left us disheartened.

Papa John's is typically my go-to for delivery pizza, but I had a disappointing experience last night. I ordered a pizza and wings, and the pizza had very little sauce, making it feel rubbery. As for the buffalo wings, they lacked both sauce and flavor.
