Dos Amigos - Middle Twp

As soon as we walked in, our waitress had a bad attitude. She was carrying a plate and my dad asked her what it was and she just gave a dirty look and told him to keep moving. Then when our group of 16 were seated she immediately told us we couldn’t split the bill in 4 even though we told her that we were going to make the split very easily for her. Once we agreed to splitting it in two checks per the waitress we started ordering our food. I was ordering the combo listed under the appetizers when she started asking if I wanted it as an appetizer or as a entree, I told her that I want it exactly how it says under appetizers thinking maybe there was another combo in the entree section. She was so rude and kept asking if I wanted it as an appetizer or an entree with a condescending tone and asked if she needed to explain it more (kind of like I was stupid), the whole time she was asking if I wanted the plate before the entrees or if she should bring all the plates out together. I understand there was miscommunication in both our parts but her attitude was uncalled for and so rude. Our whole group decided to walk out because of that one waitress’s bad attitude. 0/10 customer service, a waitress should never act like that (I have a lot of experience of waitressing and nobody should be acting like that in a work environment)

The food is not impressive to say the least. Everything is very plain, appears as if it was precooked and literally just heated up to serve. Rice was not cooked at all, it was hard. Guacamole had piece of stem inside. They don’t provide small plates for the nachos and minimize the amount of plates they bring with the food, even though we said we will share a dish. I don’t recommend at all. Have been to many Mexican restaurants, and never was so disappointed.

Since I went at lunch time, I chose the Taco and Bruto lunch special plate. Portion is very filling I paid $15 including tip for what you saw. Recommended for those who want to go

Great food always. Vegetarian options: Rice and beans are great. Parking: It's a great big parking lot. Enough for everyone and more Kid-friendliness: Kiddies love the Ice-cream there. Wheelchair accessibility: It's so easy.

Quiet sit down meal with my husband and I. Prices were awesome. Portions were good and food was food. Service on point. Great little Mexican nook.
