I was in this business on 20. March the employees were all polite, chicken was great the checkout was great, they ran 2 registers at a time waiting for 2 customers during the manager. She has nothing to help. The cashier never lost her smile and how polite she was for every customer. What User doesn't like about Royal Farms:
2 thighs, 1 drumstick and 1 wing. Order number was 217. Receipt was printed at 12:36 for $12.58. That was the lunch I took back to work. I got two breasts, a tiny wing and a baton. They were all extremely overcooked and dried like chicken silk. The service was okay, except for getting the wrong items. Steve.
The 5 stars are for Abby!! The illuminated skin girl with long Dreads #1 is rude! Do not have to work for customers! Keep her in the back kitchen. I have to run a mile there and do every few days. She asked for a pack of cigarettes and rolled her eyes on me and pretended to do me a favor. I'm legally blind, so I need help with the registers I know that she didn't know that BUT, she grabbed the cigarettes, she arranged them and went away with them. I asked her if she'd ring the rest of my order? She said? No! We do it ourselves!? Then! Let me get out of the door, the cigarettes!! I know she saw me run, and I know she knew I didn't have the cigarettes I didn't have? I'm going home and noticed they weren't in my pocket. I'll call and Abby answered. She knew I left her behind me so that the girl told me I ran out of the door and didn't have the power to call me so I could come back to get her. No, I had to run a mile there to get her!! Thank you. Abby, set them up for me until I get back to get them. Most stores would have told me I was SOL!! Rock?

First off, they are slow. Every time, even when they don't look busy, I've had to wait in line. 2nd of all, if you buy a car wash. Make sure it is working, they don't tell you if it isn't and won't refund. 3rd, if it is working, don't expect a clean car. The roller that does the hood and windshield doesn't reach the hood. I am going to Wawa from now on.
It's unfortunate that a store with such a great location could be managed so poorly. Many of the employees seem to be unhappy. The car wash does not work properly even when considered in working order. Pumps are randomly broken more than you would expect. Lastly the air vacuum systems are very rarely in service to a point you wonder why they even have them. On a positive note, the customer service is top notch despite the underwhelming facility in which they work.
