My sister and I went to Phillips the night before the Baltimore Half Marathon.
Yes, it's in the heart of the inner harbor tourist area, but it has been around since 1956.
We first spotted Phillips cross our hotelIt was a pleasant walk to the harbor area and it was very touristy attracted.
