Dunkin' - Middle River

I always used the drive-thru at this DDs every time I visited. Today, I came to get my brother and daughters some donuts. Instead of using the drive-thru, I decided to go inside. Upon entering, the restaurant appeared clean until I approached the order counter and saw flies all over the donuts and munchkins. I am grateful that I chose to go inside this time because I will not be coming back.

I'm going to this place almost every day. No more to this place. I have mobile order at 5:04 a.m. that do not let the app pay you for an order when the location is closed. I waited 5 minutes for the staff to be late. They then lied to my face and said they won't open until 6. Online says 5. The app says 5. The shield in the window says 5! Then she didn't even want to issue the refund and told me to come back. I was late to work because they are too incapable of getting their own work in time. Strange.

Doordash orders are NOT handled with care and take over an hour for less than four things. my package was not sealed, my boyfriends food was made incorrectly and his drink had a nasty yellow film over the top of it.

Waited for my order for 45 minutes, but that was ok because people smiled pleasantly.

I had a frustrating experience at Umm Yall where they continued to make mistakes with my order and ended up giving me water, ice cream, and coffee. However, the manager was very pleasant.
