Contribute FeedbackDespite mixed reviews, this East Grinstead restaurant offers friendly staff, good service, and delicious food. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a separate dining area from the bar. Although some dishes received negative feedback, such as the prawn cocktail and scallop sauce, overall, the menu options are good. The restaurant accommodated a large party with efficiency and received praise for its excellent service. While some patrons found the lighting and ambience lacking, others appreciated the ability to enjoy a meal without overpowering music. In conclusion, this new restaurant is worth a try for those seeking a decent dining experience in East Grinstead.
The restaurant is permanently closed, although you can book.
We have been to breakfast several times and twice for dinner, staff are so friendly and helpful and eating is delicious. the main part of the restaurant is separated from the bar so it is possible to keep a conversation without calling what is a real bonus, the atmosphere is still good. I can recommend it.
Great evening with super food and wine although rather noisy and service was protracted as the restaurant was packed to the gunnells.
Someone has made magic here, whether they regularly listen to quality singers or want to drink a beautiful glass bubbly as a welcome gift while expecting their meal. the atmosphere here is so authentic European, it is amazing. we enjoyed a delicious meal, recommend the home specialities of Executive Cook massimiliano mario grippa, which have created a menu with a classic modern British Italian mix. recommend the micro salad with greens and the braised leg of Lamb....and the correct pairing of wein and bubbly, whatever massimiliano mario suggest to accompany it. recommend this delicate restaurant for a healthy life at least once a week.
We had a nice time in hay and straw enjoy wonderful eating and a very pleasant service from our waitress nikki. tables for 2 are quite close together, but it allows them to admire their neighboring eating! we're coming back.
