Chef jo (trained in France) and lee did a wonderful job to prepare our gourmet French dinner last Saturday. lobster bisque with quails eggs, snuggle in a creamy wine sauce, sorbet, with a large sort of sweet and competitive fours for the desert. all accompanied by...appropriate crying.
