Napoli Pizza has garnered mixed reviews from locals, showcasing the highs and lows of dining in Tiverton. While many praise the restaurant for its delicious pizzas and attentive staff, recent experiences point to quality control issues, such as incorrect orders and poor delivery service. Customers have expressed frustration over inflated delivery fees and rude customer service. However, Napoli Pizza remains a favorite for its diverse menu, including stuffed and deep-dish options, and its commitment to value through special offers. Though experiences vary, many still sing its praises, making Napoli a worthy contender in the local dining scene.

Arrived 10.05. Staff were very lovely and welcoming. Very chatty. Ordered 2 pizzas and a few sides which arrived swiftly. Food tasted great. Sat in the car and then owner checked it was all good as he drive past on a delivery (it was great)

Great pizza, really tasty and lots of choice. 1/2 and 1/2 pizza is a great idea everyone got their choice. Delivery took a while, because it was Friday night but the driver was very friendly, and pizza piping hot. Well worth the wait. We will be ordering again.

This restaurant used to have the best pizzas ever! However, it has recently declined in quality. The staff often make mistakes with orders, resulting in cold, sloppy, and incorrect dishes. I recently ordered a pizza with just pepperoni, but it arrived with no cheese. They did not offer a replacement.

A nice pizza, fresh and hot. Delivery takes ages but it’s still hot when it arrives. Staff always polite

We live just on the outskirts of Tiverton so was not surprised to pay more for delivery, but was charged £7! It was £3 on Just Eat, then they called for an additional £4 after we had ordered it. In total, it cost us £15 for just 1 portion of cheesy chips and a burger, with delivery. We were told we shouldn't have ordered via Just Eat to avoid this extra £3, as it's not actually a delivery fee, but we were still charged it all the same so I'm not sure why they asked for more. £7 is extortionate. And to top it off the cheesy chips had a tiny sprinkling of cheese and weren't good quality at all.
