I walked into the restaurant feeling extremely cold after locking myself out in -2 degrees Celsius weather. I decided to order a hot chocolate to warm up, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They made me feel comfortable during a vulnerable moment, and I highly recommend this branch because of their excellent service. The hot chocolate was tasty, and now I'm enjoying a mint tea in the cozy atmosphere on this cold winter night.

Super friendly staff, clean and welcoming environment, and most importantly for me, vegan options! I never used to be a fan of this chain, but this branch changed my mind! There's usually a free table whenever I visit but there's healthy competition for the tucked away seating area. I love that they'll refill any reusable cup, not just own brand if you want to takeaway. They usually have some sort of cheap fundraiser going on and are a real asset to the town.

It is a Costa, just like any other. For me prefer independant coffee shops cafes, but at least chains like this are a welcome addition to Cullompton to enhance it's profile. As regards the place itself, friendly staff, quality drinks cakes, toilet facilities, modern clean spacious interior, but as with all Costa Coffee franchises everything is expensive. Good place to meet up.
