Considering... read more The quality of the cakes is awful. I bought one yesterday, and we all agreed it tasted old—probably from January. It was incredibly hard and stale. Considering how many excellent candy stores there are in Miami, we really picked the wrong option.

The meat pastries we... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this bakery. I was really hungry and stopped by after my doctor's appointment, but I was let down. The meat pastries were completely devoid of meat and didn't taste good at all. The guava and cheese pastry tasted old, as if it had been left out overnight, with stale edges and hardly any guava or cheese inside—just flaky pastry. I also ordered a ham and cheese empanada, but it was undercooked and lacked cheese, while the ham was quite unpleasant. I'm definitely going to ask for a refund. This experience is unacceptable, and I'm really upset about it. Just look at the empanada!
