If I could give them negative stars I would. Had bought thousands of dollars of meat from them. One order was for over 2k. Lately I found thier meat fatty and overpriced. Bought 2 boneless lambs that were one quarter fat and tasted terrible. Threw the meat out! Ruined the whole party! One person contacted me from the company and offered to give me credit on one half of 1 of the lambs which I paid almost 20 dollars a pound. Found a butcher that PROFESSIONALLY cuts thier meat right and was only 8 dollars a pound. I smoked the lamb with the same rub, temperature and wood like I always do.. it came out incredible! Dont let them post thier generic reply on this one... that I never bought from them. Beware... stay away from Meat N Bone! Going to try Wild Fork Foods also.. they have excellent ratings.

Omg! this cut is beautiful. beautiful murmeln, well seasoned. I bought the 3-4lb picanha cut. with curse, garlic and black pepper seasoned and let it sit for an hour. about 3/4 inch thick butter and cut pieces.
