I am not saying this because they answered an email or phone call but they will bend over backwards to take care of you.This is my third time ordering fr them online and I can honestly say that unless a local butcher opened in the greater Jacksonville area and started selling wagyu picanha and iberico pork there is not another specialty meat butcher that I would use.Thanks to the team.

Much worse than the prime beef you can buy at local supermarket at 1/3 the cost.Worst part is the seller does not stand behind their product. They refuse to issue full refund nor replacement. Instead they insulted me by forcing a 15% refund and never hear back from them again.I would not recommend this seller.

The order arrived nicely packed, but there were some items missing. The frozen tuna was also treated with carbon monoxide, indicating lower quality meat. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you are looking for high-quality sushi-grade tuna. Even if they claim to ship outside their local area, there is a risk of receiving poor quality meat. The company does not take responsibility for any delayed deliveries.
