Listen. The food is great, the prices are high though. But this is not the reason why they get one star. They let people come to their restaurant, get a coffee, then sit down outside by the to go window. For hours at a time and then they smoke cigarettes blowing it my direction, and leer at customers at the to go window. Because if COVID-19 and as a woman I wonder why cant they just get their food and go? They let folk order at to go windows who don't wear covering, grinning. I saw some guy coming from the back and his mask was on his mouth but off his nose.I was was so hungry I was shaking, and walked away.Turned me off.Edit- I had to return back food because the eggs were burnt, they refused to remake it this time. And the empanada meat tasted very old. I got a refund, and the cashier was very immature
We came for an early dinner and the food was FANTASTIC! I DONT KNOW WHO'S BACK THERE, BUT WOW! I was also very impressed with our server Janet! She was very attentive but not too much where it's annoying.... she refilled our drinks before we finished it without us asking.I was really happy coming here and spending tipKid-friendliness: They have a good kids menu options
The early morning service at the window is quite slow, as there is only one person working. This leads to a long line, and the wait time to make a purchase exceeds 20 minutes. They really should have at least two staff members on duty.
The food is very delicious although I go for the croquettes which are exquisite. The service is good, I recommend the restaurant.
I ordered through DoorDash, as it's the only option available, and unfortunately, part of my order was missing. I've called multiple times—this is the twelfth attempt—and no one is answering. Recently, the quality of the food has declined from what it used to be, and now the issue of missing items is adding to the frustration. I'm really puzzled about what's going on with their customer service. How are we supposed to report missing items if no one picks up the phone? There needs to be a way for customers to communicate about order errors. I expect a callback from the restaurant to arrange a credit since we've already eaten the food, even though it was incomplete.
