She checked on us at the perfect times and not when we were stuffing the delicious food in our mouths lol. We had the prosciutto and mozzarella bruschetta which wastoasted but still soft enough to cut and the bread doesn't crack into a million pieces. It was fresh and delicate and thebalsamic glaze was the perfect topper! (Careful, it's sticky! My wife had the Rosé pasta which she really enjoyed, the sauce was hearty and robust with flavor. I had the pesto spaghetti which was probably as close to italian pesto as I've ever had in anAmerican restaurant. Phenomenal doesn't begin to describe it. The pasta was also perfectly cooked, no soggy noodles in thisplace! We finished everything off with the Nutella calzone. Is it made for four people? Yes. Did we both finish it off?Absolutely. No regrets. Capelli D'Angelo was fantastic and will be our new spot for Italian dining. If you love pasta and wantthe fine dining flavors at a bank account friendly price you should be here.
