There aren't many great healthy food options in the Philippines. It's surprising how prevalent fried foods and pork dishes are. In my quest for the best salad bar, I discovered this gem just a five-minute drive from popular shopping spots like Glorietta 3. The salad bar offers an impressive variety of choices, and while they have some cheese and meat options, their main focus is on healthy food. They offer both pre-made salads and the option to create your own. Additionally, they have a selection of juices and other wholesome items. I highly recommend this place! I even added it to the database because I believe it deserves recognition. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

We both ordered the Quinoa salad from the new menu, which requires customization but comes at a significantly higher price. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Initially, we wanted to create our own salad, but the cashier seemed confused and wasn't familiar with the option, even though it's still available at a much steeper cost. As a result, we opted for one of the few vegan choices on the menu, the quinoa salad, but had to add beans to make it more substantial. Overall, the salad was quite average—lacking in quinoa and beans, and mostly consisting of romaine lettuce. Additionally, the price of around 400 pesos for a single salad felt incredibly steep and unjustified. I would strongly recommend dining elsewhere.

This used to be my go-to spot for juicing and detoxing. I absolutely love their vanilla mother milk. My all-time favorite salad is the Ay Caramba, and I always add extra jalapeños. The place is consistently clean, and whether you're dining in or ordering to go, the portions and flavors are always satisfying. I usually request them to mix the salad beforehand, even if it's for takeout, as I often have it delivered to my office, and the delivery is always quick.
