Authentic Chinese cuisine with an attention to detail. I had the most incredible grouper pouched in a basil-chilli stock. None of the dishes disappointed and it's well worth the visit in the Shangri-la Hotel to seek out this restaurant.

First time trying Canton Road and it didn't disappoint. Food was tasty and simple without being boring. Dishes stayed true to traditional Chinese flavors but were made special with some more interesting ingredients. Doesn't try hard to be fusion or too fancy. A nice upgrade from Shang Palace in Makati which has started to feel a bit outdated. Ralph was our server and he was very helpful.
