Wei Dao Asian Cuisine - Metairie

The food was a little slow, but everything was delicious. Service was great. Favourite dishes were the maple tofu and the spicy chicken.

My lunch experience yesterday was a pleasant surprise . The sushi and the chinese food were delicious and fresh . Thank you and nice job . I will be back .

The food here is always excellent. Always fresh. The other day our waitress did not speak a word of English OR understand anything!! It took a whole 20 minutes to place our order. At least if you can’t speak English have common sense. It was awful. Then our sushi order (5 different rolls) was never placed. She left the sheet in the back some where, the other girl said. We had to get up to ask for forks and spoons. And she never asked for any refills or prebus. I think it was the worst service I have ever had. Lol The other thing with this place. The entrance is also used as storage. Why? It is really unattractive. Also behind register and sushi bar. Such good food!! Which is rare these days. If you can just clean up the clutter and have waitresses that speak English and or at least know the menu to place the order.

Nice little place in a strip mall. Not easy to see from the street. Large menu of all types of cusine from Japanese to Chinese. I'm usually wary of places that try to be all things Asian but this place is not bad. The servers are friendly and attentive but occasionally they can disappear for a little bit. The kitchen could be just a little bit faster. But all in all definitely worth checking out
