What TX Marauder likes about The Larder Eatery:
Stopped in for an early morning breakfast. I wish I would have taken a better picture, but I was preoccupied with the color of the lox. I thought they made a mistake and put some raw steak on it instead. I went ahead and gave it a try and it was delicious. I asked the lady why it was so red. Ordered 2 Cubans to go. By the time I got home, mine was a soggy mess. The roast beef was very wet, unlike a traditional Cuban. In other words, this sandwich was a combo NOLA roast beef and Cuban sandwich. It was OK but not really a Cuban sandwich if you are familiar with an authentic one. Plenty of parking and the order was filled in a reasonable amount of time. The coffee was good. View all feedback.
