I was disappointed to find that the chips and salsa cost over $4.00. I always thought this was typically offered as a complimentary snack in most Mexican restaurants. Additionally, the salsa had an overpowering cilantro flavor that wasn't to my liking. View all feedback.
Food always seems fresh, quick service. Very small restaurant so seating can be a struggle during peak times. I like the fish tacos here! No free chips and salsa so I'm not sure we can even classify this as a real Mexican restaurant
Love this place. Simple Mexican food great variety for the tacos. Fresh Pico and Gazpacho. The Margaritas are too sweet, though! I couldn't finish mine!
The food was delicious. Of the 3 tacos I ordered, the shrimp were the best. Not a huge fan of the chorizo, though. The ribeye used in the California Burrito and quesadilla was a hit as well, as the grilled flavor of the meat could be tasted even through the cheese.
The Burrito California is great! Awesome hot sauce selection.
The food is consistently outstanding, and the portion sizes are generous for the price. You can really tell that everything is made fresh. I've been coming here for years, both to the uptown location and this one. I always enjoy sharing this experience with others. It’s definitely a go-to spot for me!
