Taco Bell - Metairie

Dining room doors locked at 4:30 pm, called no answer. Knocked at the doors while being watched by the employees with no attempt to talk to me or explain why I couldn’t come in. Wish I could speak to management because this type of service is unacceptable. Shows lack of care for the customer and shows lazy work ethic from the employees. Lost my business and can’t imagine how much more business they lost because of this.

I was charged for a breakfast meal on Labor Day. I understand that it’s a holiday but the store should be closed if orders are coming in and being called “completed” when there are no physical people in the store. I’m going to call my bank and have my money refunded.

Manager was extremely nice. But they stopped selling the Mexican pizza which I was craving

Make sure there is no traffic when u eat so u dont have to rush home..
