What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
I went to this restaurant for lunch today and was quite disappointed with what I encountered. The place was not clean at all; the counters looked filthy as if they hadn't been wiped down in weeks. On a positive note, the staff was fantastic and very friendly. They all had great personalities and provided excellent customer service. However, the restaurant definitely needs a thorough deep cleaning. View all feedback.
My food was hot and well flavored. Unfortunately I was given nothing to eat it with, and I didn't get the guacamole I paid for, or the chips and salsa that was offered.
Ordered a stack and there was no hard shell inside. how the hell do you forget that IN A STACK?
I went here on Saturday 2. juli about 17 clock and received a great customer service from a dame with long wavy brown hairs. I didn't get their names, but she was very attentive, enthusiastic and very friendly! they win the service I like to see when I go out to eat, make sure that she is appreciated!
The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Way better than chipotle,Most definitely will be back!
Moes is my favorite but this one closes at 7 pm in the middle of dinner time? I was shocked and disappointed when I showed up.
