Frosty's Caffè - Feedback

What Howie T doesn't like about Frosty's Caffè:
The worst Vietnamese restaurant in town. Give yourself a shot of insulin before trying their bubble tea because it’s literally a cup of simple syrup. The banh hoi was a joke, no herbs and the worst pieces of lettuce to try and wrap the banh hoi with. Where were the pickled daikon and carrot? So this was my first time coming. All i can say is the food is absolutely amazing!!!!!! Nice place to eat in or outside. I had F6 with the seafood. They say the ball thingys are fish but it taste like scallions. They only gave 2 shrimp though but it was still very good. My friend had D1 and the steak was very tender.
