Everything is served in plastic cups, there is no type of awareness about the environment. Even if you take your clean glass, they don't put it there. Far from giving a bad rating, I invite you to think that 1 plastic cup used for 10 minutes takes many hundreds of years to degrade, even if it is compostable. I don't see awareness of this, the truth is neither here nor in the rest of Sicily. I would recommend serving the granita in glass when you eat it on site. Otherwise, it is a place frequented by many people, just a stone's throw from the sea (a gift from nature with a wonderful landscape, but worryingly contaminated by plastics of all shapes and colors wherever you look). I emphasize that the people who work are friendly.
