What User doesn't like about Pollo Regio:
Horrible service, tostada was stale, and cashier was rude and over charged. She was bothered like we did something wrong by telling why was order $17 and telling her the tostada was stale. Rosa's may not be 100% but they're courteous and food is fresh.We won't be coming here ever. We pay for our food we didn't ask for a handout or a discount. Yet, she didn't care typicalHispanic. When we reached the window, a young male employee also displayed a bad attitude; he seemed disinterested, lounging against the counter and not assisting his coworkers. This isn't typical of the service I've encountered here, which makes me wonder what has changed. Additionally, we experienced issues with our order yesterday when they forgot our empanada. As for the rice, it was left out for too long and had a strange smell, unlike the usually excellent rice they serve. Just a week ago, there was an older lady who brought our order to the window, and during that time, I noticed two young male employees just chatting with each other while drinking soda instead of helping out. I urge you to review your surveillance cameras; my account of events is accurate. We usually visit the East location and also enjoy the Garland Road location as our second favorite. I truly want this restaurant to succeed, but I find it hard to spend my money where the service is lacking.

The staff here are fantastic! A very friendly lady helped me, and my food was ready almost immediately. This is definitely a wonderful place to grab a bite to eat!
Regan and Adrina were a very unusually speaking employee. She welcomed a smile and had an excellent customer service. She definitely deserves an increase and recognition....10 stars..
America did a wonderful job. Service was speedy and very detail oriented. Will definitely recommend this location and I will be back to visit very soon
