Many years ago a friend told me about Pickle Juice Sport and how it eliminates cramping while running. I thought he was crazy, but because I had an ultra nearly derailed by cramping I gave it a try. The rest is history and I've been running cramp free for about 8 years and I'll never run without it. If I ever feel that twinge of an oncoming cramp, I reach for Pickle Juice Sport and it's gone!
