Mcdonald's - Mesquite

I'm just going here at 515 before I go to work. Coffee's good. Eating is your typical McDonald's food. But there was a handful of times that they say they can serve food, but this is a huge inconvenience. The early morning crew is friendly given the time and they have never messed up my orderFood: 5/5

The food was good. Service not, young boy, who didn't even know what he was doing. The atmosphere, the worst thing I saw in a while. Street people come and sleep at the table, that's not something you want to see at dinner, even in a fast food restaurant. This should not even be allowed, completely unacceptable. Food: 5/5

Had an online order for my husband who went on his way to the restaurant so he could make it to breakfast in time. I gave him the codes and everything. He came there 3 minutes before they finished breakfast and they actually changed the screens before 10:30 before him, and he went to the cashier and gave her the order number and they refused to give him the meal because my phone was not present. We did it before I order for him, and they give him the food with the code and without my phone there. They just didn't want to make another breakfast meal and be rude about it. We know that they are frozen foods that you have a lot you can have one up for him as he is there before 10:30 anyway, but no they are not. And he left disappointing mcgriddleless.

I ordered 2 mcmuffins, 1 coffee and 2 strawberry jams at the drive-thru and the girl got EVERY item wrong! When I tried to repeat the order the manager cut in the speaker and said to pull up. When I got to the pickup window she told me not to be fussing at her people and running them off. I wasn't fussing, I was trying to make her understand my order. After the manager told me that, I told her I will never be back to that location.

This is not my first time but my last time that I recieve McDonald's worse because I got 50% off a pie. They even short you on a large fry if you use online coupon smh or give you older fries ... This pie was hard and not edible. The pie filling gummy..... This is a very busy McDonald's go here too often somehow they continue to do little things like mess with your food if you use the app .... Everyone beware of this location ..
