Mcdonald's - Mesquite

Had an online order for my husband who went on his way to the restaurant so he could make it to breakfast in time. I gave him the codes and everything. He came there 3 minutes before they finished breakfast and they actually changed the screens before 10:30 before him, and he went to the cashier and gave her the order number and they refused to give him the meal because my phone was not present. We did it before I commanded him and they gave him the food with the code and without my phone there. They just didn't want to make another breakfast meal and be rude about it. We know that they are frozen foods that you have a lot you can have one up for him as he is there before 10:30 anyway, but no they are not. And he left disappointing mcgriddleless.

Was a 2 am drive thru.... They were ready and courteous. Food was ready fast and it was freshly made. Thanks alotParking: Plenty of parking and 2 drive thru order lanes

First time I've ever been to McDonald's in all my 31 years of life that all of my food was literally fresh! It was delicious. My burger had to have just came off the grill (flat top or whatever they use). My daughter's chicken nuggets and fries were very fresh too. Best experience I have ever had at McDonald's, hands down!

I pay and ask for extra caramel for my ice coffee and literally taste simple I ask if she can please put more caramel and she said no I’mGoing to charge you more if I pay for extra caramel then why tf they don’t put extra caramel.

So McDonald's just stole money from us. They allowed us to purchase a macchiato only to say the machines were down and when we asked for the full refund they ignored us. If you're in the mesquite area, don't go to the 80 and belt line location. They are horrible with service. Six times now at different times they've done this to us and each time it has been the manager Frida whose responsible. I want my money back.
