Cicis Pizza - Mesquite

Second time I Pay for extra ham on my pizza and not only do I not get it but I get less ham then what's normally put.

I recently visited Cici's Pizza in Mesquite and had a disappointing experience due to the behavior of the manager. Unfortunately, she was both rude and disrespectful when interacting with customers, which significantly impacted our visit. Her demeanor was unprofessional and did not reflect the standard of customer service one would expect. It's disheartening to see such behavior from someone in a managerial position. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that improvements are made in how she treats her customers.

The manager with blonde hair was being rude and the floor was dirty

It was pretty slow when I walked in to eat with my family and there were about 3 slices of each pizza on display. When the new pizza came out it would be either dry, thin, or slightly undercooked. With hopes for better pizza we waited and still had little to no pizza on the warmers. Seemed like the single person working on the pizzas needed help keeping up. Pasta was overcooked for the most part, and the lettuce for the salad did not taste very fresh. Will not be visiting this location again.

Good place to eat at… not gonna lie, ordered a pepperoni with mac and cheese pizza, and it was delicious the last time I tried it!
