I ordered from the Nashville Hot Station menu, and... read more I would give this place zero stars if possible. I don’t expect much from fast food, but this was ridiculous! I ordered from the Nashville Hot Station menu, and we were asked to move forward in line. The person ahead of us waited for 10 minutes without receiving her food. Then another person in the same situation joined us outside. In total, about five people were also waiting inside. After another 10 minutes, new customers were being served at the window. The person behind me eventually left, and we decided to go inside to check on our order. The manager who took our order asked us several times what we had ordered. After an hour, we finally received our meal, which cost $12, and it was cold, with tasteless chicken and a hard, soggy side. This was literally the worst fast food experience of my life!

However, the second order still came with coleslaw, despite my request to change it. I was quite disappointed.

Ordered the 12 pc family meal with the free pepsi bucket. My order was really late. Had no gravy and no pepsi bucket tried to call the store and that's a joke. Apparently restaurants in Arizona don't believe on answering phones. Won't be ordering again unless I go get it myself.

I mentioned to the staff that at another KFC, my Sierra Mist turned out... read more The chicken was tasty, but they were out of root beer, so I ordered Sierra Mist instead. I mentioned to the staff that at another KFC, my Sierra Mist turned out to be just carbonated water. He assured me that he was confident in the quality, claiming it would be bubbly. However, when I got home and tried it, I realized it needed syrup, and carbonation alone doesn't provide that. I even suggested he taste it, but he opted not to. I ended up taking away a star for that reason.

The drive-thru was quick, but they made a mistake with my order. I went back, and I received excellent customer service from Dolton (I hope I spelled your name... read more The drive-thru was quick, but they made a mistake with my order. I went back, and I received excellent customer service from Dolton (I hope I spelled your name correctly). He was polite and quickly replaced the wrong item with the correct one. He was very apologetic and respectful. I wish there were more people like him around. Keep that friendly customer service attitude, Dolton! Aloha to you and the KFC team on Dobson and Baseline!
