I ordered from the Nashville Hot Station menu, and... read more I would give this place zero stars if possible. I don’t expect much from fast food, but this was ridiculous! I ordered from the Nashville Hot Station menu, and we were asked to move forward in line. The person ahead of us waited for 10 minutes without receiving her food. Then another person in the same situation joined us outside. In total, about five people were also waiting inside. After another 10 minutes, new customers were being served at the window. The person behind me eventually left, and we decided to go inside to check on our order. The manager who took our order asked us several times what we had ordered. After an hour, we finally received our meal, which cost $12, and it was cold, with tasteless chicken and a hard, soggy side. This was literally the worst fast food experience of my life!

However, the second order still came with coleslaw, despite my request to change it. I was quite disappointed.

Drive thru line was 15 cars deep and not moving. Decided to go in and place order. No line to place order but took 10 min for someone to take my order. Other cu... read more Drive thru line was 15 cars deep and not moving. Decided to go in and place order. No line to place order but took 10 min for someone to take my order. Other customers were waiting for orders, orders were getting mixed up. Overheard from the drive thruemployee that they were out of Mac and cheese bowls or something. Was at least able to receive my order in a reasonable amountof time. A Dasher came in and said the place is always like this and not to expect anything great. He was told something abouthis order, and said he is just going to cancel the order and then left
