The Mahal Indian Cuisine - Merton

We are frequent customers of this restaurant and are always impressed by the quality food, good service, and warm welcome. We highly recommend it.

First the good points, a good evening with friends. this restaurant is definitiw cheap and they can see why. the decor is shaded and tired, service slow (probably so that they drink more beer) and my eating was far from good. this device seems to be acting. on the basis of a fixed price menu, which includes: starter, porn, a page and nan for under while we have ordered from the main menu, instead of the cheaper buffet, the main thing was the worst I ever tasted in years of eating Indian food. the huh was dry and tasteless, the sauce was nothing but a gravy and the whole ran with oil. On the plus side were the two starters I tried to order.

The service was fantastic, the food was excellent, and we loved the ambiance with the Indian music playing. I will definitely return when I visit London again.

The curry at this restaurant was excellent. I ordered the tikka vindaloo and my wife had a vegetable curry. The staff were polite and professional. However, we were disappointed by the quality of the check up - it was the worst curry we have had in years.
