Abla's Patisserie - Merrylands

If you can't make it to Granville Ablas, this place is just as good. It's a spacious store with a fantastic selection. While it’s not the best spot for dining in, their sweets are absolutely amazing. You absolutely have to try the lady’s arms!

I believe this is my favorite Middle Eastern sweets shop. They have date cookies that aren't overly sweet, but I've noticed that some of their other desserts tend to have a bit too much syrup at the bottom. Overall, it's a good experience.

A b l A's pastry selection was a sugar overload! I'm not a big fan of her Lebanese sweets, as they seemed excessively drenched in syrup. @foodsguidetosydney
