I enjoyed red velvet and turtle cupcakes at the Billy Joel concert at Notre Dame on June 25, 2022. As we ate, people noticed our cupcakes and a line quickly formed behind us. We've tried cupcakes from various popular bakeries around Indianapolis, but Cute as a Cupcake stood out. There isn't much in this area unless you drive almost an hour north to Chicago. However, this place deserves recognition for bringing tasty vegan options to their bakery. When I visited, they had a vegan ice cream flavor (soy-based vanilla) and three varieties of vegan cupcakes.
