I rated this restaurant 3 stars because I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru before I could place my order. When I reached the window, I noticed that there were plenty of staff members available to manage the drive-thru, so it seemed like it should have been running more smoothly. First, yes! You HAVE to try Chick-fil-A, if you haven't tried yet (which based on their drive-thru occupancy I would say is impossible). Second, having said that, the place is always fully staffed with nice, kind, and respectful people. It is a plus for a fast-food environment. Lastly, the menu is simple straightforward, and with very affordable prices. The whole dining experience is worth it.
I thought it would be a good idea to have Chick-fil-A for breakfast. So i stopped in on my way to work. When I pulled in my order was taken quickly. My order was correct and the food was good.
First experience and it was decent. Went thru the drive thru.. personal experience with the employee was nice. Very respectful. I wish I could've tipped them all. Didn't wait long and the food was correct!
Maybe if they got my order right!!!! One girl was training a new employee. I asked for the 4 mini chicken sandwiches and a frosted lemonade..I caught that they were trying to give me a strawberry lemonade. They fixed that....only want 4 of the mini chicken sandwiches....never asked for fries..got a chicken sandwich instead with tomatoes and I hate tomatoes. I did not noticed this until I left. Also had to wait for my frosted lemonade because I never got it until I asked. What an awful experience. Not sure I want to ever go back. What's makes it even worse I paid over 13.00 for something I did not order. I would have gone in to complain. But the parking there is the worst.
