I had a beet bowl in Puerto Rico that I've been missing, and I couldn't find anything similar here. This bowl had mango, bananas, plant-based protein, and a coconut base. It was topped with granola, banana, blueberries, and peanut butter. It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be ordering again.
