To add to the disappointment, the... read more I stopped by this restaurant to grab some coffee for my family and used the drive-thru, but sadly, most of my order was wrong. To add to the disappointment, the staff member, Saleem, was quite rude and made unnecessary comments. I usually try to be understanding, especially knowing how difficult it can be to work long hours and deal with customers, but this experience was truly unacceptable. No one should have to endure treatment like that.

Some of my orde... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order, and the items I did receive were either cold or tasted awful. Some of my ordered items never arrived at all. It felt like they were rushing through everything; even the bag they handed me was soggy, as if coffee had spilled on it. I couldn't even drink the coffee I received and ended up pouring it down the drain. The bagels I requested weren't toasted, despite specifically asking for that, and they were loaded with so much cream cheese that I had to scrape most of it off with a knife. To make matters worse, I hadn’t even ordered bagels with cream cheese!
