Needed... read more Rude makes up their own rules. Don?t need to be rude don?t need to lie! All of a sudden, the screenshot of my T-Mobile Tuesday reward wasn?t good enough. Needed to be pulled up in the app, but the app is also a picture. We are a family of 5, Iwas told today I couldn?t scan more than 1 because the machine doesn?t take it. Ok, fine, that?s your rule, but don?t lie to me pretend the coupons aren?t working keep blocking it! The coupon doesn?t have a limit nor does it specify needs to be openedin the app. It says to scan the QR Code. That?s it. Nothing more, nothing less. I?ve gone to many different Dunkin?s across theeast coast NEVER had an issue.

The... read more This is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The atmosphere is very clean and hygienic, with excellent lighting and a well-managed drive-thru. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Some of my orde... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order, and the items I did receive were either cold or tasted awful. Some of my ordered items never arrived at all. It felt like they were rushing through everything; even the bag they handed me was soggy, as if coffee had spilled on it. I couldn't even drink the coffee I received and ended up pouring it down the drain. The bagels I requested weren't toasted, despite specifically asking for that, and they were loaded with so much cream cheese that I had to scrape most of it off with a knife. To make matters worse, I hadn’t even ordered bagels with cream cheese!
