We stayed overnight in the Paradores and wanted to taste some of the local specialties. Restaurant did have our booking, but opened 15 minutes late. As we were... read more We stayed overnight in the Paradores and wanted to taste some of the local specialties. Restaurant did have our booking, but opened 15 minutes late. As we were the first guests (at 20.45h), we got our menus quickly. After that service was slow, probably due to being understaffed. Once the food arrived, it turned out to be lukewarm at best. One steak was returned and came back microwaved, but warmer. We chose a red wine, not available. Chose a second bottle, again not available. Third one was ok. Food quality was good,but not exceptional.
