We had the... read more We went to Sybarit for tapas on a Saturday afternoon, when everyone else had the same idea. Despite this, they managet to get us a table pretty fast. We had the classical tapas of ensaladilla with huevo frito and gambones with black tempura, both excellent. The tarta de queso for dessert was good, a bit too eggy. The semidulce wine was excellent with dessert, cool and not too sweet. Meal type: Lunch

One of the best restaurants in Mérida, a group of 5 people went to eat and we were very full, we ordered several starter dishes and a 1kg steak as a main course... read more One of the best restaurants in Mérida, a group of 5 people went to eat and we were very full, we ordered several starter dishes and a 1kg steak as a main course to share. Upon arrival we were treated to a tortilla tapa with our first drink. The service was very good and very friendly, but it took them a while to serve the food, I understand that because it was the weekend and they were full it took a while... The dishes we liked the most were the Iberian pork Tataki and the mushroom croquettes; The wine is good!
